Jonathan has over 25 years professional experience in the construction industry as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Contract Consultant.

In his primary profession of Quantity Surveying, Jonathan is of the highest calibre with experience in all aspects and branches of the Construction Industry including major private sector, public sector, railways and civil engineering works.

As a specialist in Construction Contracts and Construction Law, Jonathan is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has formal training in adjudication and arbitration, having completed and passed courses and examinations set by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. A member of the Adjudication Society, an active participant in adjudication and the development of adjudication, Jonathan has demonstrated his tenacious expertise in acting as party representative on numerous occasions in adjudications. Jonathan has successfully represented clients in over fifty adjudications and arbitrations and is qualified to act as an Adjudicator, Arbitrator or Mediator.

 

Jonathan is the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators East Anglia Branch for the 2011/12 and 2012/13 period.
